Synchronized double-disc structure
The upper and lower discs operate as a synchronized pair while the pressure disc and support tray remain functionally independent. This coordinated arrangement supports the tyre from below and applies pressure from above, giving the operator controlled bead movement and a more efficient mounting and demounting sequence.
Automatic demount head
The automatic tilting head moves smoothly into the working position, while the extended demount hook reaches securely beneath the bead. This gives the operator controlled leverage through mounting and demounting, reducing manual handling and helping each step progress quickly and predictably.
Reversing switch
Clearly marked, hand-level switches put directional control within immediate reach of the operator. Movements can be reversed directly from the working position, making adjustments more intuitive and helping the operator maintain an efficient, uninterrupted workflow.
High-performance integrated motor
The integrated motor adjusts its output in real time according to the working load. Power is delivered when resistance increases and reduced when demand is lighter, combining responsive performance with more efficient energy use throughout the service cycle.
Durable integrated structure
A solid, integrated working structure increases rigidity where operating forces are concentrated. The reinforced assembly helps maintain stable tool positioning under load, supports consistent operation and is engineered for dependable service over a long working life.
One-key return
After the working position has been set, a single control returns the mechanism to its preset point. This reduces repeated manual repositioning, speeds up consecutive jobs and makes consistent setup easier when processing similar wheels.
Precision servo motor
The servo drive combines high-precision position control with stepless speed adjustment from zero to maximum. Operators can use slower, measured movement for sensitive tyre and rim work, then increase speed when conditions allow for a faster operating cycle.
